United For Health COPD Telehealth Project- Hywel Dda UHB
This project used messaging technology for the remote monitoring of patients’ vital signs, for those suffering Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder. The project commenced in 2013 and concluded in 2016. The technology used was provided by Docobo (https://www.docobo.co.uk/). Patients were able to receive reminders and return readings with clinicians to assist with monitoring of their condition.
This was a three year pilot project funded by grant. On expiration of the grant, the project concluded.
