Kate is responsible for delivering and measuring the impact of programmes and projects to accelerate the development and adoption of innovative solutions ranging from supporting short term projects for e.g. service improvement/technology adoption, to longer-term more complex transformative projects e.g. development of centres of excellence/mediparks.
